VIVANTA SPINTEX LLP is a modern spinning unit established to bring focused, quality-driven manufacturing to the cotton yarn industry. Based in Rajkot, one of Gujarat's key industrial hubs, we are backed by a team that understands the demands of weaving and hosiery manufacturers across India and beyond.
We have set up our facility with a clear goal: to convert quality cotton into yarn that performs reliably at every stage of downstream processing, from spinning to fabric to finished garment.
Every batch that leaves our unit is the result of careful process control — right from raw material selection in the blow room to the final conditioning of the yarn — so that our customers can count on consistency, shipment after shipment.
Our Facility
Our spinning unit is equipped with 18,240 spindles running on modern LMW compact ring frames and Saurer Autoconer winding systems. This combination of technology lets us produce compact yarn with excellent strength, evenness, and low hairiness, across a count range of Ne 12 to Ne 21.
We have invested in the full spinning chain — blow room, carding, drawing, combing, speed frame, ring frame, and yarn conditioning — so every process stays under our own quality control rather than being outsourced.
